      I was charged ***** on Aug 1st. I did not authorize this charge. On July 28th I did a single wash and now being charged again 4 days later. I want this charge removed/refunded from my CC ASAP.

      The Marrero, La car wash is absolutely horrible They should just shut it down. Every week, their is some kind of excuse for being out of tire shine. I pay for unlimited washes with tire shine which I am not receiving. This is a rip off. Sunday 7-28-2023 after returning home from being out of town, this car wash was out of soap and tire shine. Why OPEN! I know several people who are truly upset and are speaking with lawyers to see if a class action lawsuit can be filed for failure to deliver on services paid for. Please correct this location or there will be several less customers in the future. .

      I truly apologize for this inconvenience. The tire shine is has not been applying properly, which we have been working with Ncs to get fixed . As for Sunday there was an air leak that was in the lot that the asm failed to notice which caused the air pressure in the tunnel to be low too. This opportunity has been addressed with the asm and I have reached out to the sm to retain his team on basic troubleshooting from site Leave to prevent experiences like this customer encountered.

      I was overcharged for service. I have an account that covers two vehicles for unlimited pro5 plus car washes. I've been paying $40 a month for one car and $20 a month for an additional car. I received an email on June 29th 2024. Boom! Lower prices for unlimited washes. That was the title of the email I received. The new price was $27 for the unlimited pro 5 plus. Later that same day I was still charged the original cost. I then sent an email to customer service and was responded to by **** on July 2nd 2024. I was informed that the company is not obligated to inform me of changes in prices but that he would be happy to adjust the price to the lower one. I responded with an email saying thank you for your help. The price was never changed. I was charged again today the old amount. I contacted customer service who verified that I was in contact with **** and would escalate the problem to him. I was told that request for a refund for the difference in the amount would be requested but I'm not sure where that went. I did dispute the charge with my bank and decided to reach out to hopefully correct the problem.

      I am rejecting this response because: The attached email shows that I made contact and the price was supposed to be adjusted and never was. When I called and spoke to customer service they have the evidence that I spoke with **** who was supposed to make the change and never did. The agreed upon price should have been lowered after the agreed upon email and it wasn't.

      Employee could not scan the barcode for the wash stating it had some sort of internal error and we needed a new barcode. At no point was it advised a new account/subscription would be opened or that we would be charged anything additional. During our last car wash another employee let us know 2 accounts exist under our phone number, not one. While customer service did cancel the 2nd account they refused to issue any refund/credit for the 12 consecutive months we have been charged for the 2nd account we were unaware of.

      Ask explained by ************** both vehicles have been used since the purchase, 279 washes and 156 washes per account. Due to this we are unable to provide a refund.

      On 7-7-2024 my credit card was double charged $27. I should have only been charged once. I tried calling and left message with no response. I talked with the assistant manager who emailed corporate office no response. This is credit card theft!! I will be taking this further if this doesn't get resolved.

      I purchased the ***** package and July 5 they took out ***** and on July 23 they took out ***** twice , I went and talked to the manager he said there is nothing he could do so I cancelled my membership because my vehicle has been in the dealership getting fixed so I haven't used it since July 5 ,he gives me a website to contact and so i found a customer service number and they said i would receive a email this was on July 23 and i still haven't heard anything I just want my money back.

      Regarding membership 155BMWQ-TN, we noticed that we did not receive a 7-day cancellation notice before the next billing date. As per our terms and conditions, we kindly ask for a 7-day cancellation notice. Unfortunately, a refund is not applicable for this account as it was canceled on the same day it renewed. The card was declined on 7/8/2024 and eventually renewed on 7/23/2024.

      I went for a car wash. The attendant asked if I wanted to subscribe for a monthly. I specified no that I only wanted a single wash. I noticed on 17 July 2024 an $16 post from Hometown car was in my bank account that I hadnt requested.

      I went in for a car wash. The representative told me there was a special going on where I could pay for one car wash and receive a month's worth of washes. I was then charged the following month. When I returned to the car wash and asked about it, I was told there was no manager on the site anymore as they had moved out of state and all they could do was stop the automatic charges I was enrolled in without my consent.

      Was charged 3x for one wash subscription back in December. Called, texted the number in the automated message on the phone line, emailed, never heard a word back. Ended up having to dispute the charges with my credit card company. Was using my subscription for a few months, but was ready to cancel it. The app has nowhere to cancel your subscription or delete your card. So, I just deleted my whole account because I thought that was going to be the only option. A few seconds later, I get an email saying that my account has been deleted, but my card will still be charged. It also says that if I want to cancel my subscription, I need to go to the wash club section of the app. This section of the app does not exist, and even if it did, is impossible to access after you have deleted your account. Now, Im afraid that I will have to go through my credit card once again to settle this. I just want to hear back from the company. I have never gotten a response from them, and I think that one is well overdue. Please help!

      Although the business claims to have reached out to me in December are false (as I have ZERO emails from them or phone calls or SMS messages), I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to my complaint, and find that this resolution is satisfactory to me.

      On June 16, I arrived at the car wash and was greeted by a nice gentleman. He told me that I could pay $27 and get a free car wash that would be good for 30 days. He never said it would be a recurring charge. I was under the impression this was a one time deal. He gave me a sticker and said it would allow me to go through the gate the second time. I found out that I was charged again on July 17. I wish I checked ****** reviews before I went here. I am extremely upset and will take further action if necessary.
