Same as others. Steeling.money from our account. Went thru for a.1 time wash. The attendant assured us it was one.time charge. We don't even live near the town. 1 month later they took ***** out of our account. Tried numerous emails phone.calls. nothing. No one emails back. No one calls. So canceling debit cardso they can't steal any more money. Hope they go bankrupt. Close them all downReview from Gabriella M

I was at the take five and *******************. I was charged $20 when I selected the $10 car wash when I went to go speak with the manager about the mischarge. She informed me that they no longer offer the 15 and $10 washes that they only offer the 20 and $26 option, I let her know that there was no sign saying any of that and she said oh well I was supposed to have an employee out there letting customers know I then proceeded to tell her there was nobody out there, letting me know this information and I got charged $20 I would like a refund. She Kept cutting me off when I was trying to explain My frustration, And she cussed at me while my kids were in the car. Told me this was my problem and she had a meeting to get back to.Review from Beth L

We have been using this car wash since they opened and have been somewhat halfway satisfied, I go everyday, just because I am paying the monthly membership which is "unlimited". On Friday May 17th I noticed some damage to my drivers side door. I went in and asked them to pull the cameras from when I pulled up until I came out, he said he would and would call me on Monday. I called on Monday several times and someone finally answered around 2:00 in the afternoon and proceeded to tell me that he hasn't looked at the cameras yet, but there is no way the car wash did the damage. Then proceeded to hang up on me when I asked him not to. I am on hold with the corporate office now. Very rude workers,Review from Katherine K

I canceled my member in 2023. They stopped pulling payments out that year. Since then, they have pulled $49.95 from my account every month - that is now 5 months of stealing my money in 2024. They refuse to refund the 5 months of money stolen in 2024.Review from Kevin B

These people are unscrupulous. They took my wife's credit card to supposedly pay for a wash and then put a FastPass sticker on the car and told her it would get her priority service on next visit. There was NO explanation that she had just paid for a recurring membership. We don't live in ************, so we attempted to cancel the membership using the Xpendy site. It responded with an email that it was cancelled, but based on the comments here I do not hold much hope. So far today, they have charged my CC $16.00 for the membership and then another $14.95 shortly after we 'cancelled' the membership.I do not understand why the city does not do something about this business and their deceptive practices, so I will. I have the resources to *** them out of business and will begin exploration.I cannot leave a zero rating or I would. They do not deserve a 1 start.Review from Alexander B

This place is horrible there is no accountability no responsibility 5 to 6 mechanics to perform oil change on the unit I bought my car todays vehicle for oil change they bust a hole in my radiator thats caused me to blow a head gasket because the coolant clamp wasnt tighten they bought my truck to a mechanic shop they were in bed with and the mechanic determined that they didnt create the problem that it was my problem that I had to pay for the expenses myself . No response at corporate or local levels on over charges. My card was charged 3 times for one purchase of a fast pass. It has been 6 weeks. Poor customer service.
