After several email exchanges, no one has expressed any concern about the inadequate service Ive received, but I have reiterated that I am highly unsatisfied with my experience. My initial disappointment with this companys unprofessionalism was when I mistakenly ordered this item instead of the battery only. I emailed the company within 5 minutes saying that I ordered the item by mistake, if they could please cancel the order and not ship it. I was told it was impossible for the order to be canceled (again, I had placed it 5 minutes prior), but that I could just ship it back if I didnt want the item. I then read their return policy on their website which states return shipping must be paid by the customer, a specific piece of paper had to be printed, marked with the order number, and attached for them to accept the return, etc.I printed out the paper and filled it out, attached it to the package they sent me, and paid roughly $20 to have it shipped via *** on May 25th. I reached out to the company about it after over a MONTH of no updates. After providing the order number (which I had written on the specific piece of paper that must be attached to your return, as they require) the company was unable to tell me if my return was received or any information about the status of the return. Instead, I was told I would have to go out of my way to provide them the *** tracking number to prove that the company did in fact receive my return. I called *** and got the tracking number, which showed it was signed for by their team member, *******, on May 30, a month prior but this information was somehow unavailable to them (even though the order number was attached to the return). Only after I proved that my return showed it was delivered via the *** tracking number was I told my refund would be processed in 7-10 days.I am seeking a refund for my return shipping costs and have been on hold for 1 hour and 20 minutes so far trying to speak to someone.TTI Floor Care North America Response

I bought a Hoover carpet cleaner. Everything was fine until I lost the little red filter that goes in the dirty water tank. I go on their website, locate the part, and order it. We're talking about a small plastic tube that is 1-1/2" tall. For $15 (including $10 for shipping) I think to myself awesome, an easy fix that's relatively affordable. The package arrives today and the box is massive. Inside is a whole canister for an upright vacuum.You can't get ahold of anyone via chat or phone to fix the problem and I absolutely refuse to ****** with another order. I'll be ordering one off of ***** but this was my first and last Hoover product.CARPET WASHER DIRTY WATER TANK FILTER FOR POWERSCRUB XL is what I ordered and I got a cannister for a "High Performance Swivel."TTI Floor Care North America Response

I've tried to contact this company by phone and chat. No one answers the phones or chats. Get recording about office hours 9:00am to 3:00pm. Tried 3 days in a row. Finall got Honey from Hoover. We typing what was wrong with my vacuum. While I was typing. She ended the chat. Chatted withe her for a total of 45 seconds.This company has gone down the toilet. They do not value customers. I purchase a Power Scrub Deluxe carpet cleaner on 2/6/2024. I did not get an email that the order went through. I called them on 2/7/2024. They can't find the order. I aked if I can place it. The carpet cleaner was ****** and I had a 20% off coupon so it was ******. I still had the total on my computer calculator. They said they can not honor that. I said well will you honor the****** price that it was? She said no we can do ******. I said the price was ****** with out that coupon. I told her Amazon has it for ******. She said I can't do that only the ******. I am really disapointed in a company that I have done business with before, and thought they were really fair and kind.TTI Floor Care North America Response

Bought new 2-14-23 Hoover MAXlife Elite Swivel XL pet UH75350 used 10 months maybe 30 times have had to replace the burnt broke belt 4 times SO FAR. THIS VACUUM IS A MANUFACTURER DEFECT Tried many ways to get ahold of customer service waited in phone over an hour no answer, chat same thing no answer. Purchased a Hoover carpet cleaner in 11/2022. In 10/23, it started smoking. Took to a Hoover-approved repair shop on 10/30/2023. After 6 weeks, repair shop is still waiting on resolution from Hoover. Repair shop stated that they submitted warranty request on 11/1/2023 but cannot get response from Hoover when trying to follow-up. I personally spent 3 hours this morning trying to contact Hoover customer service (waiting on hold, waiting on callback) and have heard nothing.TTI Floor Care North America Response

Hoover is a disaster, no customer support. **********************'s definition of customer support is literally one old lady ** her 90s.. And she doesn't even care.Good luck getting any help whatsoever. Hoover sent me A refurbished motor and it does not work loss of suction brand new out of the box supposedly and it does not work correctly.TTI Floor Care North America Response

Ordered vacuum on 17Nov23 and Received on 18Nov23. Out of the box the battery is defective and does not charge. Attempted 27 times to contact customer service VIA chat and phone, chat says no one is available, phone says no one is available. No email address to state issues. My item is defective from the company and they want ME to pay postage to send it back and wait 4-6 weeks to reimburse my money. I want a paid postage and my money sent back immediately. The customer has been contacted and a prepaid label will be sent so he can return his item. There is a 4-6 week timeframe to get his refund once we receive the item back. I am also going to offer to do a warranty claim if he is willing to do some troubleshooting to see if a battery/charger reset needs to be done instead of him returning the product.
