The date of the transaction was 3/21/2022, and our payment ID is *******. We selected this caterer for our wedding which is coming up in less than 3 months on August 19, 2023. The caterer promised us 3 hors d'oeuvres, 2 entree options with sides and a vegetarian option, drinks for cocktail hour, and a non-alcoholic beverage station. As of this time, we have not tasted over half of our menu. Our messages, phone calls, and emails have been largely ignored. The caterer has set dates to deliver us the remainder of the menu and has not shown up three times now. We were promised better communication verbally over the phone months ago, but I still have to call multiple times every day just to hope to get a response. The business has said too late that we can get a refund plus 10% of what we paid, but it is much too late for us to find a new caterer. They committed to provide us with a proper tasting of our entire menu and have not done so. Our wedding is now around the corner and I am worried we will not have tried our food before the wedding, and that there will be no time to try changes to the menu if needed. The most recent delivery date was supposed to be today, June 6th, at 2pm. The caterer has not shown up nor given me a phone call to explain what is going on. Our tasting set up in ******* was canceled with no notice. They promised us a reimbursement to those who traveled but still haven't paid it to us, and we put in for the reimbursement in March. They promised to deliver the rest of the food within a timely manner (on March 22nd) at our in person tasting which we finally had in March, but they never delivered the remaining items for us to try. I have provided the text messages between me and the business, but this doesn't include the large amount of unanswered phone calls by them.
