I first wanted to purchase for my 93 yr old Mother in law whose is in an assisted living facility... I bought the 750 ml ointment. She Loved it ....Next I bought her same ointment but the **** proof ...better yet. She is unable to get surgery for her hip pain. I HIGHLY recommend this ointment...I choose to buy directly from a Vape shop and mail pkg to her..Review from Seth B

They have a subscribe and save option for their products, meaning if you make a subscription with one of their products, you get 25% off the regular price. I had a subscription with one product and they ceased making that product without informing me. I emailed them, called them, and I NEVER got a response back. It was a joke, horrible customer service. Going to continue to use their product, but will warn anyone about their "cold shoulder" customer service style.Review from Kathy S

I ordered the cbd cream. The expiration date was 3 weeks from the day I received it. I contacted customer support and they asked me to take a picture of the date and email it to them. They stated they would send me a new tube. After further examination of the date, I realized it was actually just a sticker stuck over the original date stamped on the tube. This product had actually expired 01/2022. Now they will not answer my emails. I'm sure its against the law to sell expired products that are applied to your skin. This company lies on their site about shipping. They claim to have **** 2 to 3 day shipping but it actually takes closer to a week. I would not of ordered with this company if I had known this. I reached out to the customer support and they had they nerve to offer me 30% off my next order. That is the same thing they offer everyone on their site. To me this says they have 0 respect for me or my business because they cant even take my complaint serious.Review from Loren Z

DO NOT order from this company. They state that they will deliver their products for free with ***** 2-day shipping, but I have been waiting for 5 days and have contacted customer service multiple times because I still don't have my order. They keep making excuses and refuse to contact ***** to locate my package. I just keep getting the exact same excuses from any customer service person I contact. It is like they are being issued a rehearsed statement. When I asked for a refund they ignored my request and I had to ask 3 additional times before they acknowledged that I wanted a refund. Now they are telling me I have to wait another 2 days before their billing **** will respond. I kept telling them that I would never order from them again and since they can't seem to read my emails, they keep responding with the same stock answers and keep sending 20% off coupons.
