The experience I had with Children of America was horrendous because my child was neglected. I enrolled my eight week old infant on April 27, 2022, during my tour I was notified by the onsite Administrator that my child's infant care teacher begin a week prior to my child attending the school. May 23, 2022 was my child's first day and upon arrival none of his teachers were present. I was informed on that day he would be in the "Infant B" classroom with older infants and two different teachers. The lead teacher assign to the classroom displayed an irritable attitude and was not welcoming. At Children of America parents have access to view their child's classroom during the day. While I was at work I noticed children climbing on my son while there was two teachers present. This incident happened very often. During his first week the provider used his prescribed ointment on other children and misplaced his clothes. When I gave the caregiver the ointment on Thursday May 26 it was completely empty by Friday May 27 . As far as his clothing, one of the providers stated she had no knowledge as to what happened to my child's clothes and the lead teacher claimed she misplaced the clothes. I spoke with ************** the following week about all the incidents that taken place she'd said I would be compensated and I did not receive any compensation. Throughout the following week I was still noticing my child would return home with at least three to four bottles. My child eats every two hours and did not nap at the facility. I would send six bottles with my son for a nine hour day. Between the hours of 8am to 5pm or 8:30- 5:30 I should return home with at least one or two bottles. I address my concern with the teacher on duty and she'd inform me that the teachers would feed the older children first then they would feed the younger infants. During that time my child was losing weight due to not being on fed on schedule. On June 9 the teacher left my child on the floor sleeping whileBusiness response

To whom it may concern, My name is ************************** This complaint was resolved when mom disenrolled. I called her and discussed all of her concerns. We waived her two week notice. We would never neglect a child and not feed them. Her child was in the correct classroom with other infants. That classroom has ages 6 weeks to one year olds. ********* group care is not a fit for families. This was the case for this family.Customer response
