I had a scheduled appointment at 13 wks and 6 days. I called the day before just to confirm pricing.. when I spoke with the first representative I she not able to find my appointment at first due to almost all of my information being wrong (first name, phone number spelling of last name). Then I was told I had to reschedule because counsel wasnt completed at least 72 hrs before the service. I explained that this was actually a reschedule so when the second appointment was set and the lady said nothing about the counseling I assumed it carried over from the first appointment. She couldnt do anything so she transferred me to what I think *** have been a manager. The Second Lady was very rude and had no empathy or sympathy for the mistake they made and asked me do you want to reschedule or what? In a nonchalant tone. She had such an attitude and I wouldnt think someone like that would be dealing with women dealing with my situation. She was completely insensitive never once apologized and kinda blew off as if I was the one who made the mistake. I cannot reach anyone over a manager but I would like for someone to contact me and also pull the call between myself and this employee. I wouldnt think someone so insensitive would be in this position to work With pregnant, hormonal individuals.
