I began working with the Closets by Design specialist back on June 30, 2021 where we settled on installation of closets for a walk-in closet and laundry room. I paid $7,100 for both closets and they confirmed instillation in the early part of November. In the first week of November they installed the closet systems. Upon completion I noticed several inconsistencies based on the specifications I signed off on with the specialist back in July: 1) the cabinet height in the laundry room was shorter than communicated in the specs; 2) the cabinet over the washer / dryer was missing a door; 3) there was a large smudge / spot from the adhesive on the walk-in closet panel. I communicated these defects to the company and sent a specialist out to review in December. The specialist wrote up a work order and turned it in. Since then I have heard nothing from the company regarding a resolution. Ive called several times and left voicemails. The one time I did speak with a customer support specialist, she noted that they would get back to me in two days (that was on 1/20/22), but still no follow up. I called again on 1/25/22 regarding a refund and was advised to leave a voicemail with the billing personnel. Still no response.Business response
