I received a call today from a lady telling me I was wanted for multiple infractions. They had my SSN, and it would be in my best interest to press one to discuss the matter. Before they filed suit in my local jurisdiction, I did it four times, and no one answered or called back. They did not identify which debt they were "supposedly collecting or for whom. According to FDCPA, they must notify me in writing, which they did not do. I am filing a complaint in my local jurisdiction and on the federal website. I will also send a certified letter with a signature request to the address on their website in writing, asking them to validate this supposed debt; when I called the 855 number on their website, it just has a busy signal.Review from MP C

SCAMMMM. they are trying to scam money. Let them take you to court the legal way. They do not validate the debt. They just send over docu sign in hopes to get money from you. GTFO.Review from SCOTT S

i OWED MONEY FROM A LOAN OVER 8 YEARS AGO, THEY TOLD ME THEY WOULD CALL PENNSYLVAINA DEPARTMENT OF MOTOR VEHICLES AND MY LICENCE WOULD BE TAKEN AWAY IF I DID NOT PAY WHAT I OWED RIGHT NOW !!!Review from Melinda G

This is a scam business which threatens people into giving them their personal information. I spoke with ****** ******* * **************** who all 3 were extremely rude and hateful. They claimed to be operating our of Georgia but clearly they are located in **************. Beware of this organization as I believe it to be fraudulent and malicious!Review from Tea B

This "company" appears to continue to act with questionable means. I received a phone call from someone at this company and when I asked what type of business this was and the full name of the company they hung up the phone. I blocked them from future calls but this seems to be a bit outrageous because if they are in fact a legitimate company they should be willing to answer questions from a person they have cold called demanding money. In these days and times they should contact alleged debtors by mail and not expect people to wire them money over the phone with no proof of a legitimate claim. Just because they may have purchased an old (past 7 years) debt for pennies on the dollar in the hopes bullying people into paying doesn't mean they get to commit these actions. I wonder if this is some type of wire fraud????
