I have previously made 2 complaints about this issue, in each case SavantPCs responded for a couple of weeks and then ghosted.I ordered custom panels for a case, the case was to have 3 glass panels replaced with metal ones and vinyl placed on the new metal panels.The order was initially placed in late 2018, which included me purchasing the case and having it sent directly to SavantPCs. Upon receiving the case ******* sent me a picture to show it had arrived.There was communication back and forth about the specific images to be used for the panels and the cost of this work.The price of the case was $539.94 and the cost to have the panels made was $525 which was paid via paypal.After this was paid I stopped receiving communications from SavantPCs until I eventually made a complaint on BBB, to which they responded and continued communication for a short while, before ghosting again. After my patience ran out I created a new complaint on BBB and the process repeated, I got a new email to contact SavantPCs at, they stated the panels were finished but they couldn't move the case due to medical issues but that they should be able to have the case sent out within a couple of months. The last communication received was on the 15th of September 2021.Previous complaint ID is #******Business response

Savant PCs is going out of business. Pay the shipping cost by emailing ********************************** for the shipping quote and you can receive your items.Customer response

Company has requested info for shipping.
Information has been sent.
Currently rejecting as if I don't reject today it will be automatically accepted and I am not ready for the case to be closed, as at this point I have had one too many bad experiences with communication being shut off shortly after issue is accepted on BBB.
Once shipping is confirmed I will gladly accept the response.
