      We had windows installed by this company 2 years ago. There were MANY issues with the windows and the install process, but we decided to put it to rest since it took months to have the correct windows/door installed- and reinstalled due to the poor installment. Since June ** 2022, I have been calling to have some repairs done to the windows and door. I have been met with non-returned phone calls, excuse after excuse as to why no one is coming out and no one calling back. I also expressed the importance of having things fixed so I can do other maintenance to the house, but am still left with silence. I am at a point where I do not know what else to do.

      Signed order for bath remodel on **/*/21 and paid $1000 deposit. Was told job would be done around 12-16 weeks out. Have had no response to my phone calls and emails to my sales representative or the company sales manager. Requesting my deposit back since company did not honor their word.

      I bought gutter guard system over 15 years ago with lifetime guarantee. I called because my gutter was overflowing water in the middle of back side. I was told they would not stand behind the work because it was done by previous owner. This was a gutter guard lifetime guarantee based on company and not who owned it.

      Last month I received a flyer in my mailbox from Southern Window & Gutter Company promising a $50 ******* Giftcard "with every in-home estimate." I called the company and scheduled the estimate for ******************************** A representative from the company arrived and my wife showed him the windows we wanted replaced and he immediately told her that the company had a 5 window minimum so she showed him additional windows that we could replace as well to meet the minimum. He began asking a series of questions about color, where the original windows were from etc. and generally displaying a reluctant attitude to give us an estimate. My wife showed him the flyer we received after he stated that he didn't know anything about the offer she was referring to regarding the free estimate and $50 gift card. Eventually he did go to his car to retrieve a ruler and notebook but, after returning, decided that he would not take measurements or provide us with an estimate - or the gift card. I contacted the company the following day by email (on ************* seeking a resolution of this issue and have yet to hear back from them.

Southern Window will provide an estimate along with the gift card once demonstration is complete. We apologize for any confusion with the flyer. It is attached for clarification. I do not accept the company's response. I responded to their flyer offering a free estimate and a $50 Walmart Gift Card. My wife took a day off from work to be present for the estimate. The company REFUSED to provide the Estimate and the promised $50 Gift Card. I no longer desire an estimate from their company as they clearly are not a reputable company that I wish to do business with. I simply want the $50 ******* Gift Card that they promised in their flyer. It is fraudulent advertising to offer something and then refuse to provide it. Send me the $50 Walmart Gift Card and I will consider this matter complete. If not, I will continue to press my claims for using the *************************** to spread fraudulent advertising.
