    I bought a cabin Dec 2020, it had evidence of previous water damage in basement. Walter with Falcone looked at it, suggested reconnecting downspouts, see if that works. Both downspouts were disconnected at corners of totally buried basement wall. I don't live there, it would be hard to know if that worked or not. So I hired them to waterproof basement. It rains almost every day and every week in ********, not my fault, many times hard rain, storms, 3,500 ft elevation. I was told if basement floods while waterproofing, they are not responsible. I made clear I wanted work on a week it was not raining, weather forecast inconsistent, we moved the schedule if going to rain, unpredictable. About 4 different weeks I was on the schedule and the weather was perfect finally, Falcone moved me because they didn't finish another project. As time passed with all the rain, the basement stayed dry. I asked for a refund, the project was $15,900 and not needed. I had a ******** loan. I made a deposit of $6,360 to get on the schedule. The owners said no a few times, then agreed to refund half IF I CANCELLED. On Wednesday Sep 8th Walter gave me until Friday, Sept 10th at 5 pm to make my decision to cancel or not, my choice! The refund went through ********, so I needed to make sure what I owed them, how it all worked and think it over and decide, my decision I was told, I was on the fence. While on the phone with ******** Thursday Sept 9th around 3 pm, I get 2 texts that I received refunds from Falcone for the job being cancelled. I still had another FULL day to decide. I called, Paige told me the owners decided not to go forward with the project Thursday morning. I had not decided yet, I even made another payment for Sept of $833.33 around 3 pm with ******** on Thursday. The owners cancelled the project behind my back, not me, they cancelled the work, so they can't keep 1/2 of my deposit when they cancelled the project. I was never allowed to give my decision.

    Falcone is professional and genuine. *** did a good job explaining the estimate and **** managed the job very professional and took care of our home. I highly recommend Falcone. Structural repair crawlspace $35,000. Job cost.
