              I was told at the time of service that insurance wouldn't apply and I was asked to pay the entire bill which I did. Several weeks later I received an insurance statement showing that *** also filed a claim with my insurance company and it was approved for payment. I have called the office several times and asked to speak to the office manager and have been told that she is busy and would call me back and I have yet to hear from anyone.

              I came to make a bridge in the upper jaw on the left , the dentist made the bridge too short ( it is not touch the teeth in the lower jaw) and it is not aligned the teeth in the lower jaw. I complained but they replied: I cant complain at that time ( after she finished), I didnt pay off the amount the insurance denied ( I paid)I paid all about $3000. After I paid off the amount the insurance denied the dentist opened to check and fill up 1 tooth in the lower jaw to close the bridge , thats it. Very bad
