Yellow page Team says I owe them but we never signed any contracts or authorized any agreements verbally or otherwise. I REFUSED PAYING THEM ANYMORE BECAUSE THEY KEEP LYING TO ME. This company lies telling me that everything has been taken care of but they still won't release any dealings with them. I refuse to pay scammers anymore. I have been told I owe for a final payment but this has been going on for years now and either they are going to stop are we will be in court. Why do people don't listen to the company it services if at all. I Never allowed this company but they say it's a 3rd party company that included our company in an account with them. So I ask who authorized this. I am the owner and no one has authorization but "Me" and I didn't ask for their services nor do I need them. I have asked them to stop this account and I keep getting "LIES"Initial Complaint

About 2 yrs ago we received an invoice from Yellow Page Team that was approx. $400.00. After we received a couple of them we went ahead and paid it and also informed them that we no longer needed their service and to stop doing whatever they thought they were doing for us (at that time we weren't even sure that we asked them for service to begin with). Now here we are 2 years later and all at once on 11/8/2021 we receive 4 Invoices in the mail from this same company. These invoices were sent to us 1st class with metered postage and were all postmarked 11/1/2021. Each invoice looked like they were billing us each quarter/yr. 1st invoice was dated 06/16/2020, 2nd one was dated 09/16/2020, 3rd one was 12/16/2020 and the last one was 03/16/2021. Each one was billed for $299.99 and of course late fees? Considering we never asked for the service and they haven't bothered to send us timely invoices which seems funny. A reputable company would have invoiced us before charging late fees and we haven't see anything from them for 2 yrs I feel like we are being scammed by this company.Initial Complaint

Yellow Page Team / 411biz continues to send invoices for online advertising for a business that has been closed for some time. We don't need or want their services. Our account should have been closed and bills should have ended when we stopped paying for service.
