I am not surprised to see that this company is not BBB accredited! We have bought two dogs previously and they were excellent dogs, but that was 24 and 15 years ago. We werent as careful this time since we had had excellent dogs and experiences, but when we went to pick up our puppy, the place was crawling with puppies.! We paid a large sum of money for our pup, convinced we were getting our moneys worth! However, at about age 6 months of age, she began to show aggressive traits. I reached out over and over to get the paperwork from the breeder. Every time I have reached out, I have been told by the owner that his father handles that and he will ask him about it. All of the professionals with whom we are now working (our primary vet, a veterinary behaviorist, and trainers) to try to solve our dogs problem say that her issues are rooted in bad genetics and poor breeding practices. They all agree that there should never be so many puppies on site as they have and that our puppy should never have been released to us just shy of 7 weeks. They also all agree that it is suspect we have never received our paperwork. I am writing this review as a warning to other families who *** be lulled in by past positive experiences or by the claims on their website. We will see this through to the end, whatever that *** be. Our dog will be 2 in April and we will reevaluate then. In the meantime we are on an emotional rollercoaster and are spending THOUSANDS of dollars. BEWARE!!!

I'm happy to hear we provided excellent dogs and services to your family for over 24 years. This is the first I've heard of any issues regarding aggression or AKC papers. I'm sorry you are having issues. Let's start with the easy one first - Your AKC papers were mailed from the ********************* on 11/23/2022 to **** *************. I did not receive them back. They were mailed to you within a very timely manner. You may wish to check to see if they were misplaced. As for aggression, I need some additional information. I attempted to reach you by phone. What exactly is your dog aggressive towards? People? Dogs? During feeding time? Please be specific. Your pup is from excellent parents, and we have positive feedback from every puppy owner within that litter. As the aggression started six months after pickup, there are probably other factors influencing attitude and demeanor. I will be happy to discuss those with you. They can include anything from treat training to crating, with of which we heavily discourage. As for our farm "Crawling with puppies", I do not understand your statement. It seems to be a **** intent to hurt my family more than shed truth to the situation. Every puppy at the farm was contained in spacious, clean kennels, with brick dog houses and heated tile floors. You were here during or Spring/Summer go-home week, and with over ***** satisfied customers in the past, we had their second and third pups held here until old enough for pickup. I would hope our place had lots of pups during that season. What do you consider "too many puppies?" If you went to a doctor for an appendectomy, would you criticize him because he had done too many, or would you like to see he had experience and was in demand? I can't answer your "behavioral therapist". I've never met her and she's never been to the farm, so I won't take her criticism of my farm to heart. As for picking up your pup prior to seven weeks, you are mistaken. Your pup was born on 4-24-22, and you picked her up on 6-11-22. If you use your calendar, you will find you picked her up seven weeks and one day of age. This is prime go-home time.I would request you delete your post, along with my comments, as I'm sure you can see there are so many facts that do not add up within your complaint. I'm sure it is due to frustration and simply being mistaken on these points. As always, I remain happy to help and guide you through whatever issues you are having. If you are still dissatisfied, we can discuss a return for full refund, or exchange for another dog. It usually works best to contact me directly, rather than airing dirty laundry in public. I'm easy to reach.
