      I had to cancel an appt with Live Wire Electricians last week due to illness during the night. I'm a breast cancer surivivor and apologized over and over. I called about 7:30 that morning and the appt time was between 10 and 11:00. I could tell from the text that he was not happy. I asked him if he'd please schedule me for the next Monday, today, Sept. 19th and he texted me back with 'ok' for that day and date.I texted today, on Monday, to confirm our appt, today. Zero. Nothing. Keeping professionalism in mind he should have simply 1) told me last week to find someone else if he was so so upset about my postponement. I would have found someone else but because this company was written up in BBB with postiive reviews I had no doubt he'd follow through today but he did. I simply asked him, texted him today, to confirm our changed date, today, Sept. 19th and zero response. Nothing. When in any kind of field in dealing with the public, to get a postponement or cancellation, should not be that unusual. Things happen. I can appreciate that this can be a 'set back' for that company/ that person on that day BUT again, if so bothered, then simply tell the customer that they need to find someone else to do the job and DO NOT play along like the appt agreed on at 10:00 will be acknowledged. This company/ person gets a zero in professionalism and an overall rating of ZERO.

      The customer notified me less than an hour before her appointment that she would need to reschedule. I told her I wouldnt have any time the rest of the week but could fit her in the following. Unfortunately when she reached out to me the following Monday I was having a root canal and was unavailable. Please reach out to me if you would like to schedule service. Thanks
