My mother visited the med spa under her monthly membership, which I financially support due to her severe neuropathy and arthritis. Her doctor recommended B-12 shots and massages for her condition. During her recent visit, she had pre-paid for 20 units of Botox. However, the injector, *******, proceeded to administer an additional 19 units without informing her. ******* insisted on payment for the extra units despite my mother's explicit request and pre-payment for only 20 units.It's concerning that the injector did not obtain consent for the additional units before proceeding with the injections. This lack of transparency and disregard for patient consent is unacceptable.This incident is not isolated. Previously, the spa's massage therapist administered a B-12 shot into my mother's arm, causing soreness for a week. This was done without prior experience and only after receiving approval from the studio manager.Moreover, during my own visit a few months ago, I was misled about the pricing of lip fillers, being told they were charged per session rather than per syringe. This led to an attempt to overcharge me by $750, highlighting a pattern of deceptive practices at the spa.I will be attaching supporting documents to illustrate these deceptive practices and urge appropriate action to address these concerns
