I have been using their factoring H373736343*37363736H for a few years now, they recently merged and are now called TBS ********** I have been trying to get a solution/response from them for the past 30 days, (see emails attached) have had no solutions and have been given the run around. They don't ever answer the phone. At one point I called the accounting department and they clearly told me they were not going to waste their time helping me since it wasn't their problem. I had to talk directly to ******************************* who "handles" our account. I was transferred at one time to her manager ******, which we left a voicemail and no response from him either. We never had any issues with them in the past until this time. There is a load that was sent for factoring on 5/*/*0**. I had cc'd ******** * days later after realizing she was now "handling" our account. After several voicemails and emails sent she finally responded that she was going to look into it and get back to us. Again, never heard back sent more emails and finally responded via email on 5/*4/** she stated she will call us, again said she will look into it and call back which she did and said we would get the payment in the next 1-3 business days. WHICH THAT NEVER OCCURRED. She then called again acting like she didn't know what was going on and asked the same questions as to our concerns and said she will look into it and nothing was done. She has been playing games and according to the multiple reviews online this company is well known for that. All we have been asking is for a solution to this and they are yet to resolve this. We have asked for their release letter as we do not want anything to do with them, but need to resolve the money they owe us for the load. The customer service number listed there is no answer, no one answers via phone when we call. This is a horrible way to conduct business! We received an email from ******** that said she will let us know of a solution that was 6/9/**, no solution yet!
