Board Game exchange is a monthly subscription service that lends out board games on a bi-monthly basis. I purchased a subscription in the middle of this year. Took a couple of weeks for them to respond and send me the games. The business model let's you select new games every two months, or after that if you want to keep your games longer. I emailed the company on September 24th, letting them know I was ready to return my games, and select new ones. The only way to return games is via email; They will email you in response and send the mailing slip. Followed up with them a week later on October 1st, requesting a response. I did not receive one, and will not likely do so, but I emailed them again on Oct. 6th letting them know that if I didn't hear a response I was liable to report the business. The main issue is. I am not getting the level of service I am paying for (I using this service in 2020, and the service was great) and the only way to terminate this service is to email them requesting to cancel the subscription. I am set to be charged on October 18th for games that I have and do not want. I would like to hear back from the company and to at least get another round of board games if they are willing to continue their service. if not then to cancel my subscription.Initial Complaint

At 9:07am on 5/10 I purchased 3 board games. One game, *****, had 2 versions pictured, each for $21.53. Order selections were the 1st version and the default version. I chose default, as I wanted the 2nd version. At 11:45am I sent BoardGameCo an email requesting the 2nd version specifically. At 5:20pm a reply came that the order was packed and shipping within 20 minutes. At 5:35pm I received a shipment email. Package was delivered at 1:20pm on 5/12. At 1:30pm I emailed that the 1st version of ***** was included, and I would like an exchange. No reply was sent. At 3:09pm I emailed again proposing trading several games I own, with the unwanted 1st version for a small store credit and the requested 2nd version of the game. A picture was attached of those games proposed to trade. A reply question came at 6:32pm from ****** with customer service asking if the games for trade were in the attached picture. At 9:30pm I replied yes and also listed those games for clarification. On 5/14 I sent this reply email again and asked for someone else to response, as no result was being reached. On 5/16 I send this reply a third time, assuming no reply meant the emails were not being received. At 5:12pm ****** did reply, but only that I was rude and to email the owner. At 5:53am on 5/17 I emailed the owner and again requested a solution. At 7:56am the owner replied he will not do business with me or correct the mistake. The ***** game I purchased is now out of stock for both previously listed versions for sale. This is also true for one of the other two games that I purchased. Two versions were pictured for sale and now both are out of stock. I believe this is fraudulent advertising, as this business is listing multiple versions and copies of the same game for sale, when they actually only have one. I would like a refund of the $21.53 for the misleading purchase.Initial Complaint

I place two orders, was charge $9.99 for shipping in each one. When my orders were send they send separate emails, when my box arrived it was two orders in one box. They should have refunded me for the shipping of $9.99 or at least give me credit for a free shipping next time, but they did not do anything.I wrote around 15 emails and no answer at all. They keep asking me to finish my items in my basket but they do not answer my emails???
