Afterdisaster is horrible to work with! We hired them in July to remove water damaged materials in our home (flooring, some wall work, etc.) and to do the rebuild. Initially, they came out and removed the damaged materials right away which was great. Then I didn't hear from them for 6 weeks! They were completely unresponsive. When they finally did come out to do the rebuild, they had to come out 5 times to complete the work. The rebuild should have been done in 3 days. They didn't start it for two months after they initially removed the water damaged materials. They didn't finish for another 5 weeks. If their timeline wasn't bad enough, I had a signed contract that was all negotiated through my insurance. They contacted me in September for an additional $1800 charge. They didn't provide any justification for it and I said that I wouldn't pay without justification and approval through my insurance. I didn't hear about it again from them until November. They finally provided the justification that my insurance was looking for and were paid 2 days later. A week later I found out that they put a lien against my home for the $1800 in freaking October!!!! 6 weeks before they ever provided any justification for the charge. They never told me about the lien, never called me about the issue, just went ahead and put a lien on my house. Don't use them. They are horrendous to work with and really despicable people.

In looking at the notes, this was a rental property that your were selling to your renter when the unfortunate event event occurred. Unfortunately Insurance Losses do not move as rapidly as if you were paying out of pocket. Our records show that ******************* Claim was $13,720.40, and you paid ADM $12,748.39 (documents available). Again I am sorry for the length of time and the issues in getting ADM paid in full. I am glad you were able to finally sale the house that was put back into per-loss condition.
