I dealt with this institution back in 2017. I paid around $50K with Zero results and accountability. I also paid in advance for second treatment, and they didn't refund the balance of $9K (they claimed it was adjusted for various procedures). Fast forward, every year or 6 months, they continue to send me bills for services that I denied and have notarized copies as proof. I have called them, and emailed them to stop. I've also worked with credit institution multiple times (all of them sided with me based on the proof I provided), but CFI's bills keep coming to me every few months - and they continue to harass me by sending invalid bills. Can I get some help please? Their legal department (*******************) is bullying me already. I feel helpless. Can someone please help me stop this harassment? Thanks.Business response

I am rejecting this response because: they are clearly lying. As you can see in the message, its just empty promises and marketing words. I had my first interaction with them in 2016-2017. I am charging me twice for the promised results, they failed me, and took no ******************** charged me another 9K. Fast forward, 7 years later, they are still sending me wrong bill for services that I denied on a notarized document and sending wrong charges to debt collection. Please see attached their recent bill claim of $550. This is why I say they are harassing me, and god only knows how many other people. Kindly take action against them or at least ask them to stop harassing me and my family. Thanks.
