Welcome to Andy Lewis Heating & Air Conditioning! How can we assist you today?????????7436 This message is for the owner ****. **** called me about 3 weeks ago and was going to have someone come out and get better understanding of the ** issue at my home.This makes the 6th time that I have reached out on this issue either by calling office, your system chat and this email since the end of May. Worst service and response Took a monthly service plan and set appointments twice, but never visited and charging for ~2 years.Review from Eric W

New ** unit installed on March31 2022. Worked well for a little over a year and then the outside unit blew a capacitor which caused a lot of wires to burn and the metal to burn up also. My issue with **** Lewis is they just say this is due to a surge that came in from the power lines, but i lost nothing else in or around my home, I've done research and found that other components inside the unit can fail causing this same issue. On the first visit they told me I had no warranty on the ** unit and there is no way ***************** would warranty this because it's due to a surge and nothing else. Also on that day while they tried to fix it by replacing the capacitor they caused wires to burn going to the fan. Told them to leave at that point. Next day I contacted AL 3 time's to get this resolved. After much discussion with owner they did call ***************** and warrant the issue. Will be cutting all ties with this company, I should not have to fight this hard to get them to work with me for a unit that's covered for 10yrs of warranty. Also worked done on ac unit was subpar in my opinion but it does work, poor craftsman ship.Review from Maren B

Its been 17 months since I hired ******************************* to install a new HVAC system, all new duct work, and the Phenomenal Aire purifying system. I just recently cancelled my maintenance program and am now with *************************** who informed me the purifying system I paid **** Lewis to install and maintain was never installed. Buyer beware.
