The Morris-Jenkins team of ***, **, and **** installed a new AC HVAC system (outdoor unit, indoor unit in the attic, and thermostat) and they did an absolutely fantastic job. They were prompt, polite and professional. I especially appreciated the way *** showed me how to operate the thermostat and WIFI app, and gave me a tour of the outside unit. The installation of the cables and hoses from the outside unit to the house was beautifully done; they even added a cover for where the hoses enter the house to protect against the elements, which was a nice touch that wasnt expected. Everything was clean and tidy afterward and *** answered all of my questions.. I also want to thank ***** who came out the previous day to diagnose the problem with my old AC system and ***** who helped me purchase the new system. The fact that it could be installed right away the next day was a huge load off my mind. Morris-Jenkins provides some of the best service Ive ever experienced. I know I can always count on them to be prompt, friendly, and dependable. Thank you!

Showed up on time, diagnosed the problem, had the parts on the truck.My ** stopped working Sunday 6/31 , while we were at church. We came home around 2pm and it was 85 on our top floor. I called MJ and they recognized the urgency. They got us a great, honest tech, ****************** , promised I'd be his first call. 8AM sharp he showed up, went through the entire inside and outside systems. Within hours we had the ** fixed. I highly recommend my Tech **** Even though MJ isn't the cheapest, they were very professional and keep their word.I hope I don't have any need to see them again, but if I do, they'll be my first call.Thanks, GP

The team was informative and timely. They were friendly and helped me make an informed decision on my hot water heater purchase. ***** plainly explained what was going on with my existing heater and what new options were available to me. Will B and ********** did a great job removing and installing the new heater. I was so pleased that I could have this all done in one day. Truly appreciate the Morris Jenkins team.

Been using them for 20 plus years in 3 different houses, always for a/c & heating. Last night I set up an appointment with their plumbing division for a clogged kitchen sink/disposal. *** was here at 8am this morning, as scheduled, and within a few hours cleared the drain, and also installed, at my request, a new disposal, which had been making jet engine noises for several years. MJ might not be the cheapest, but they certainly are the best by far. Every tech for 20 years has been 5 stars, as is their work.
