I have a water leak in my bedroom that is coming up from somewhere in the middle of the room and It is soaking my carpet. It is not near the walls. I had Eastwood come out and they looked for plumbing leaks and couldnt find anything but totally agreed that the carpet was wet and didnt understand where it was coming from. They came out multiple times and looked at the issue and scratched their heads, but Instead of trying to figure out the issue, they closed my claim!!! So now I have wet carpet, no idea where its coming from and they walked away from the problem. The house is only a few years old and every time I walk over it my shoes get wet and then I slip in the hallway where there is laminate flooring. I have fallen twice and going to get seriously injured at some point. I would highly recommend to stay away from Eastwood homes because if you have a warranty claim, they will just turn their backs on you and close your case! I would not recommend them to anyone!Review from Fatimoh A

My second home with Eastwood. I loved my townhouse unfortunately I wanted more space after my deployment. I love my new home (single family). All representatives from Eastwood was pleasant and concerned about my needs. Eastwood constantly follows up with me pertaining to my new home. If youre looking for a house in **************, Eastwood Homes is the builder to use! From ************ whom we met the very first day, to the lenders and *******, we had a great experience checking out homes and buying at ******************. **** was very friendly, responsive and patient with us. She showed us several homes without prior notice or appointment.Their lender *************** was also the best! She made it possible for us to close in TEN days.*******, who gave us a detailed orientation, was also very patient and very reachable. He spent twice the time allotted to patiently answer all our questions.Overall, weve had an amazing experience with Eastwood and we highly recommend.Review from Megan I

We bought a new build home by eastwood just over a month ago. We did enjoy the buying experience, however we have discussed watering drainage problems sense the initial pre drywall inspection. Between the two builders we worked with, they changed halfway through the build. We were told that landscaping and a fence would rectify the water draining through our yard. Unfortunately it keeps getting worse and sand and debri from other construction sites above our plot have continued to drain into our yard. We have contacted the over 5 times sense our close and they have yet to fix the problem or address the need for further solutions. We are very disappointed with the follow up and feel like we were cheated into a new site when they knew there would be significant water drainage issues! Sincerely, the Ifebuzo's
