I am writing on behalf of Myself(*****************************), *************************** and ***************************. We need your assistance with a closing date and proper repairs on the above property. In November 2022, we started the process to purchase said property. We submitted all documents immediately as requested and were told closing could take anywhere from 30 to 45 days. We are now going into 4 months and we havent closed. We are very disappointed with the entire process. The initial closing date was set for 2/5/23 and was postponed to 2/23/23 and now we do not have a closing date at all. 1/24/23 we had a walk thru with ****(Project Manager) and was very shock that the house needed several repairs. **** assured us all repairs would be completed by closing. On 2/23/23 thirty minutes prior to closing we did a what we thought was our final walk thru and the repairs were not completed. We fell in love with Mattamy homes and was expecting the same quality of workmanship as the Model home. 3/8/23, I did a walk thru with **** and to me it appeared as they covered everything with a flat white paint. There are two major cracks on the garage floor that were not resolved. Molding falling off the cabinets, stairs unfinished, dusty, molding poorly cut, dishwasher improperly installed etc. The neighbors have similar complaints. POOR workmanship throughout the house.Business response

I closed on *********** at **************** on 10/28/22. On 11/27/22, the closet flooded on the first floor. It was identified that rain water is streaming in my home from the outside. As of today, rain is still pouring into my home and Mattamy employees have basically told me that I have to deal with the flooding until they figure it out. We are having a storm surge and I will have to deal with continued flooding in my home. Please help me.Business response
