Very happy with the level of service and integrity weve experienced with the team at Pathway Equity. I personally dealt with **** and *******. We did everything over the phone and within a couple weeks we were ready to close. Super easy process like they say and very professional.

We have several properties out of state. Most of them we were trying to manage ourselves from afar, but there's only so much you can do 3 states away. We spoke to the team at Pathway Equity. They seemed very familiar with our situation. They were quick and easy. We ended up actually making more money on the property with them than listing it with a Realtor. Couldn't be happier and **** really made sure we were in the loop from start to close. Loved his communication. My wife and I had inherited a property in Asheville. We live across the country and never go there. We were looking for an option that would get us what we wanted without any headaches. Luckily we were referred to Pathway Equity by a realtor who had dealt with them before. After talking with some of the advisors at Pathway Equity, we felt comfortable in our decision selling to them and had our closing just two weeks ago. Couldn't recommend them enough. We recently sold our home to Pathway Equity. The team initially reached out to us because our home was going to be foreclosed on. They were swift in stopping the foreclosure process and offered us a very good offer. Our home needed work but that didn't scare them at all. They told us their process and we received cash in hand within a couple of weeks with all the closing costs paid for by them. We really had a great experience with them and would recommend them to anyone.Pathway Equity Response
