Never completed project and what was done is terribly constructed. The deck is not measured correctly. Nothing is square or finished edges, measurements, etc. The boards do not match up at seems. The posts used were supposed to be 6x6 and are 4x4. The roof is attached to the house without proper support. The metal roof in NOT tied into the existing roof properly and leaks like a sieve. The roof rafters are attached by exposed screws. The gutters and downspouts were never completed. The sun deck was not completed. The stairs and railing were never added. The step down is not even a cut ******** but some pieced together leftovers. There are screws and nails sticking out all over the metal and deck where they didnt even hit wood. It is a ridiculous mess. They started the project in July 2023. We asked for changes and corrections after paying two thirds of the quoted cost (September 2023). That is the last time we heard from ***************************. Incompetent and unprofessional does not even begin to describe this business. Have invoices for payments. Also paid all materials out of pocket as they were not included in the contract with Battle ****************** although he was operating under the Fensational Fences name.
