I recently got into and altercation with a staff member of this hotel she was being an antagonist towards me and me partner she took charges out on me and had me arrest over a situation she started shes had my car towed as well as my partners half of the staff are rude and unprofessional they curse and raise there voices at the customers Im homeless and go through a program called the ramp and they paid up to a certain amount of time and they are attempting to put me out without a refund or hearing my side of the story about what happened Ive automatically been deemed responsible for the situation only because the women works in the place the rooms are not safe whatsoever ever Ive cleaned room at this building with mold and other things inside in my room my shower is broken and always over flows Ive asked for this to be fixed for three months also the hair dryer in my room catches fire everytime it gets cut on the doors are easily broken into the cleaning staff as of now are thieves almost the entire staff does the drugs sold in the areaBusiness response

This tenant has been living at the premises for a while, and the only way to remove her is to go through an eviction process. The whole time she has been living here she was never served with a notice to vacate through either my staff or the courts. She had physically assaulted one of my employees, and the warrant was issued by the magistrate as the employee had filed charges. We understand the tenant went through RAMP, and we have followed all their guidelines. Anytime, a guest states there is an issue with their room, all matters are handled that day. Before the tenant moved in that room was brand new without any faults, she has been presiding in that room and any damage has been through her which was never reported to us. Housekeeping, services weekly and long term guests twice a week and never enter a room without permission, if the tenant doesn't answer the door or refuses service we can't do anything else. Till date we have not received a complaint regarding the hair dryer, or the shower curtain. There is a sign in the front lobby that drugs are not allowed on the premises, and the allegations regarding my employees doing drugs is false.Customer response
