Consistent disagreements. Consistent half work. Disagreed and the cleaners left yet charged me ****** Do not want to ever use them as they rusted 5 burners on day 1. Put soot on the ceiling that had to be fixed by the company. Im still waiting months later on a main burner that is corrupt now and causes small fires if ignited. No one ever responds except to give annoying calls when keys are missing, quality control nuisance etc. i literally clean before anymore comes and its still just okay. Less then okay. Scheduling is a disaster and if theres an Illness in the home youre still charged. Its not worth 400 a month. Repair my ***** dollar stoves burnerBusiness response

We had sent our field manager to do a quality check which annoyed *************** The team did not feel comfortable in the home and asked that we pull them out before completing the cleaning. We have and are happy to refund the cleaning. Of the five burner surrounds, four and a half have been replaced. We had ordered the part which was on back order. We reordered the part and received the wrong part. In an attempt to get this repaired and put it to bed we sent an appliance repair company out who could not help, making things worse and creating further frustration. We called Electrolux directly and have sourced the bronze middle burner cap that was tarnished from oven cleaner. We hope to have the part in soon and wish ************** a more pleasant experience with a different cleaning service that we could not provide.Customer response

I am rejecting this response because:
Its never going to be fixed. This has been happening since December. I kept using them SOLELY to make sure my stovetop was repaired. As for their quality control person/ field manager the times she comes out its because something has been damaged. Like the soot they spread on the ceiling. So I asked numerous times whats broken now , she continued to train her staff on tissue paper folding.. I told her my schedule is locked and busy, cleaning has to always be done by 11, that Im not here to train people, why has it been over 2 hours and maybe 600 square feet were done and why doesnt anyone ever have my keys to the house????
not my fault if it interrupted tissue folding. Its a small townhouse. I cleaned houses in college, its not a 4 hour job. After they left I finished the place in 32 minutes.it was these types of happenings every visit. I wanted to end the service but I AGAIN was still waiting on my ***** stove to be fixed. I knew if I canceled them Id never have my stovetop repaired. Hence where I still am 7 months later not days, weeks but months.
its not a vanity use. The burner catches on FIRE when ignited. Catches on fire!!!!!!!!!!!! Its corroded. Its flammable. It requires maintenance.this is all ridiculous

She was refunded day of complaint for the cleaning we did not complete before pulling the team out. We hand delivered the key. She asked we put it under the mat but did not want any room for error and declined that approach. We hand delivered the new bronze burner that we finally got.
