      I have attempted to follow-up with Inlivian multiple times and the City of Charlotte regarding the significant littering issue at ****************** 101. If the issue is not resolved, I will be hiring an attorney and suing Inlivian and the city of Charlotte for my diminished property value resulting from the code violations that are not being acted on nor resolved.

      When doing a Review Search for Inlivian, on ******* after 2 experiences with *******, I clearly understood why Inlivian is rated very low on Reviews as a whole. (2.6) as of 3/10/2023.For Landlords, particularly, be extremely mindful on demographics in which you choose opening up your home to. There are Tenants that are great in taking care of the home, and there are the ones, that will tear your home down, whether it be in the form of a fire, or complete negligence or even maliciousness, or simply, no respect for your property; at the end of the day, as a Landlord that problem becomes yours. Depending whom your point of contact is at Inlivian, you will not be happy getting results. There is Poor communication with caseworkers, poor resolution in accountability, lack of respect for the Landlord and the Property. Inlivian will make it their duty to shelter anyone with a family to get off the streets. Inlivian should also, take into account that same energy with the Landlord, when assistance AND or support is needed. Inlivian shows no interest or support in making things right with you as the Landlord when the tenant is Disrespectful in maintaining the home. Tenants will damage and could care less about where or how they live, until it's time for eviction. Inlivian will just walk away, from anything that brings forth challenges. The only thing that is guaranteed on schedule is their HAP payment; Besides monthly payments from Inlivian, if you are looking for anything else, especially when the tenant(s) violates their lease(s), expect nothing! I am speaking from experiences, save your time, energy, communication and efforts in assisting the public via section 8, because some people do not understand the complexities to acquire a home, just to have tenants destroy it. Landlords, You are on your own with the repairs/damages. No Assistance will come from Inlivian in any way, therefore as a Landlord you may essentially have to cut your losses, and consider other options.
