We had a scheduled consultation appointment for the owner to come to our house to look at our project. And, we arranged our entire day around this appointment. Unfortunately, it was a no show. We were stood up. I called the shop and told ******, the person who answered, that we had been stood up. She said she would find out what was going on and would call me right back. She never did. All around, awful customer service. One final thing: when I went to the store, the owner wanted to know if I lived with a partner. What does that have to do with making draperies? Luckily, I have found someone else to help us with our drapery needs.

**************** walked into my studio on Monday, December 5th approximately 2:20pm. Posh Diggs is closed on Mondays. All lights were off, and the close sign displayed. I was in the studio gathering items and had to leave at 2:30pm to pick up my daughter from school carpool. I was startled as our studio is closed Mondays and ****************** appearance disheveled. I let **************** know the studio is closed and that I was racing out to get my daughter. I let **************** know the process for appointments.That evening I sent **************** the 'sign up' link to schedule our discussion. **************** set the appointment up erroneously - On December 5th, he scheduled an in-home visit for December 1st. The date had already passed. Before we could reach **************** to make the correction; he filed this complaint. **************** selected an appointment for a day that had already passed. As standard with all customers and qualifying the project we ask about family and specifically decision makers. Drapery projects can be very expensive. If there is more than one adult living in the home, it is important for Posh Diggs to understand who is empowered to make the decision on design and the decision on price. If Kids or Animals are in the house, that is important to know as well for fabric choices. Such as performance on upholstery if there are toddlers or animals.Typical standard appropriate questions were asked: Married, Partner, Kids, Dog, etc...
