I forwarded the *****claim investigation report on the products shipped on Nov. 7, 2022.Orderedon October 29, 2022 Order # ***** 5- Golden Goodness 2 GG Total amount to your business: $200.33 ***** tracking # ************ ***** Claim # C-******** Juiiced up Reesy mission statement states that product/orders are shipped all over *****************. Since I Neverreceived the products, theirFinal Sales clause does not apply. ***** customer service representative (*****) stated that the lids of the juice bottles were not properly tightened and taped down. The open liquid contaminated the box the product was in and Other ***** customerspackages.***** stated that My refund will have to come from Juiiced Up Reesy LLC. ***** also stated that even if Juiiced Up Reesy's business placed a claim in for a refund that it will be denied.Negligence is on the business who shipped the package incorrectly.I was told by the owner to put in a claim to *****, because the package is insured for $100.00. The $100.00 the business placed on the package is not *****insurance; it is the Value of the contents in the package being shipped. ***** does not insure packages send by them. ***** ask the shipper the value of the package being shipped. **** insures their packages,***** Does Not.Juiiced up Reesy has blocked me from obtaining access on their WIX app where communication is done between customer/ business owner. ****************** has not returned my email communications or phone calls.Again, I am Requesting a Refund of $200.33 Form of my Refunded Payment can be returned to my credit card, Cashapp, Zelle, Venmo, Apple Pay, business check etc.
