      Item advertised as oven, freezer, dishwasher and microwave safe. This is false. Multiple items cracked in dishwasher, and one snapped into 2 pieces in the microwave.

      In January of this year I purchased the Sweese 8 Ounce Porcelain Stackable Cappuccino Cups with Saucers set. Overall, the product is good. My problem is with the customer service. When one of my saucers broke, I contacted Sweese by email asking if I could buy a new saucer. They replied asking for a screenshot of the Amazon listing for the cup and saucer set and a photo of the broken saucer. I provided the screenshot, but I could not provide a photo of the broken saucer since it had been thrown away. They seemed to be able to sell a new saucer to me, but after making me wait a few days for a response, they later came back and offered a 25% refund for my purchase and told me that they don't have available replacements for this set. That seems odd to me since the set is still for sale at Amazon, and their replacement policy states that if anything is broken during shipment, it would be replaced. So, will they also tell customers who just got the delivery of the set and found that something was broken that they dont' have available replacements? I never asked for anything for free. I simply wanted to BUY a replacement. I would think they would be willing to do that. Since I rejected the offer of the 25% refund, and also pointed out that other customers have posted reviews at Amazon about their shoddy customer service, they have ignored my attempts to contact them. There is no working phone number for them that I have been able to find, but I WILL find one at some point. All I want is to be able to buy a replacement saucer. I don't want it for free. I just want to be able to have a complete set again. I am confused and angred that Sweese would act this way.

      I am rejecting this response because:

      I won't be "100% satisfied" until I am allowed to either BUY a replacement saucer as I requested almost a month ago or you replace it free of charge. You pick! This has to be the most ridiculous amount of BS I have ever had to go through with an online vendor to get help. You have IGNORED my emails or you have just been completely obstinate about a proper solution even when you do respond. You are violating your own "extended warranty", which is a violation of ************************* laws. I checked. I have already left a very negative review for you on Amazon that details this whole ridiculous scenario so that other customers know that if they break something they're screwed. You won't do anything to actually help. I don't want a partial refund, and I **** sure won't buy another full set. I wanted to buy a replacement saucer. The fact that you don't keep stock for replacements shows your incompetence in managing a business that sells products that can break easily. We could have resolved this a lot faster if you had a WORKING phone number where customers could call and speak to someone. Let me make this very clear... I will not stop until I get a replacement saucer. The only way to get rid of me is to replace the saucer. It's that simple. I will be filing a complaint with the ***** ************************** I don't know if thaty will have any effect but it will at least alert them that you are breaking the law. You should not be allowed to sell your products to people in ***** if you won't honor your own stated policies.

      I received a card in my purchase for a free bouillon cup. After many exchanges with the company, I was notified that they no longer had the cup. I was given an option of a free bowl. When I clicked on, I was sent to Amazon and the "free" bowl was now about $10. This is a SCAM.

      Purchased from Amazon May 7, 2021 I did not receive free gifts they offered. One dish chipped and I want to replace one plate.

      Sweese offers free gifts when you purchase their products. The only problem is you never get the free gifts. When you receive your product, you get a card with instructions to go to their ******** page and message them the code-word included on the card. Sometimes there is an auto-reply that asks for the order number and email address which I have provided each time. I thought I was lucky a few times that someone actually responded but the communication stalled and they never replied. So far I have made 6 separate purchases from them in the past couple of months and never received the free gift. I am feeling tricked into buying their products.

      I purchased the Sweese multi-colored curved dinner plates. Unfortunately, the orange plate chipped and I have been trying for six months to get a replacement plate. I have filled out the customer form multiple times, sent separate emails to ***************************** and tried to phone the company but there is no answer. I'd really like to replace the orange plate as the set is now incomplete.
