I recently attempted to engage with Armstrong Transport Group for hauling services, and unfortunately, my experience was far from satisfactory. Upon trying to sign up, the broker candidly informed me that he would need to complete five additional steps to proceed. This added complexity so close to the scheduled haul left me unable to effectively manage my company within our established profitable practices. The company lead's apparent reluctance to assist further exacerbated the situation, leaving me feeling frustrated and unvalued as a potential client. Overall, my interactions with this company have been disappointing, and I am left perplexed by the decisions and leadership within the brokerage.

Hello,
Could you please provide more information? Were you trying to set up as a first time carrier and thought those steps were extensive or booking the load? Typically with these concerns, they are escalated to upper management including myself so that we may attempt to help. The more information we have , the better so I may assist. I do apologize for the negative experience but would like a chance to look into the issue.

My broker was great! He was very nice which most are not he made sure to call and check back with me. He is very old school with great customer service. I love doing business with this trucking I wish the rest provided superior customer service.Armstrong Transport Group Response

Overall considering the business we are both in Armstrong has always seemed to go further for the carriers than most brokers. I do continue to move loads for them and have for several years.Armstrong Transport Group Response
