      My mother injured her spine and fractured her neck. She was put in a neck brace that caused a severe pressure wound and restricted her breathing for weeks on end. Before she had been fully healed or had even went to physical therapy, ******* is writing her back to work and stating that she refuses to allow and type of restrictions at work. My mother is nearly 70 and is healing at a slow rate. She still isnt able to lay down in the bed flat and is still pain if she doesnt sit still. Whenever she moves around a little bit she complains about her head and body hurting. My mother has expressed that she is not 100% however, ******** and ******* are not taking her concerns seriously. The customer service is absolutely poor. ******** stated that there isnt an email address that can be provided to use to state my concerns with this matter.

      Con artists. They like to charge for services not received. When you call and complain about the charge, youll be met with unprofessional, rude billing department who hangs up on you when you ask to speak to management/. Then when you get through to management, they are just as bad as the first person if not worse. You can either remove the fraudulent $125 charge or Im not paying any of the over $3000 I owe. Im not going to be taken advantage of. Fix this or it will cost you a lot more than $125. I warned you this would lead to bad reviews, and the office manager simply said, that sounds like a threat. The office manager should be fired immediately. She has zero conflict resolution skills. Congratulations on the reviews I promised would result in the fraudulent charge not being removed.

      I have a financial dispute with this practice, the office in *********. I overpaid for surgery and was due money back. (they required money down just to make the appt. for surgery) It took MONTHS to try to get this resolved. I tried to use EOB's from insurance to explain to them. They wouldn't listen. I asked for the business manager to return my call, she did not. I rec'd a bill again then was told to disregard it. Then they reimbursed me too much money! I messaged them about this. They send me a bill for way above the amount I owed them back. I go for my follow up 2nd post op appt. IT WAS CANCELLLED by someone in the business office and I was never told. A manager called from the concord office to apologize and said the manager from the ********* office would call when she got back from vacation. It's been 3 weeks, no return phone call, no email. Still waiting.... I will NEVER, EVER recommend this practice to anyone. Horrible mismanagement.

      I was referred by my pain management Dr to this practice this month. So as soon as my dr referred me I went to this location to see want needed to be done. So I signed me released medical information to this office a week ago but never received a phone call, so when o did call this office I spoke to ***** who was very rude to me about some information she didnt receive from my doctors office. So I asked her to contact them she told me she wasnt an that she wasnt going to make an appointment for me until she get this information. Ok I called her supervisor which was ******* an told her about the situation do you think that she apologize about the situation no. She called me back on today and told me that she talk to her supervisor and they feel like I wouldnt be a good fit for them. Now speaking to **** which was the front desk receptionist she told me that everything was in the system and that my appointment was made for this doctor and everything was OK but why would I receive a call from them stating something like this. This is very unprofessional with this office and I have contact my doctor to let him know how I was treated at this office with the staff I do not want to give anyone or would give anyone a referral to this office at all they are very very rude and unprofessional.
