Narrative: I had a procedure done Tuesday 5/30 saline sonogram, culture test and mock transfer completed. During the ultrasound the PA told me I had a polyp. I asked what is was and she said it was small she was going to talk to doctor ******* I called and spoke to ***** the nurse who said she will check with doctors ****** and I let her know I did not wont to do an invasive surgery and I asked the size of it. Doctor ****** suggested surgery and could not tell me a size. I called and asked for a different doctor. Since that day I have been experiencing malicious intent. Abandoned and left in the dark. They said they did not wont me as a patient Due to my aggression but I never did anything wrong I feel as I am being falsely accused.my character has been under attack. I have not been offered a new physician or any solution. I have been transparent about my account. I have a credit on my account and no one except one person is assisting. I had double appointments where I double paid even though I had ultrasounds before with the officeCustomer response

************* was discharged from the practice for non-compliance and being disrespectful to the clinical staff. We did not feel that we could effective treat the patient because of this a her provider wrote her a letter to discharge. I have attached the letter that follows the medical board's requirements.
If is our financial policy not to refund a patient when there are outstanding claims on the account. Once the outstanding claims are processed, REACH will refund her money.
If there are further questions, please feel free to contact me.

I am rejecting this response because I never disrespected anyone it is a false complaint and when I asked for proof they could not produce that. They were upset because I was asking questions regarding my health. I was told a doctors recommendation is not final and was not mandatory and I was told by the facility that this doctor is by the books and wont continue so I asked for a different doctor which is when the allegations were falsely made up. They still have not sent me my letter or my medical records. I asked for them to be sent to a different clinic and they told me they choose to mail them and I do not have them.Initial Complaint

I have requested to dispose our embryos numerous times since July/August 2022. I have left 5-6 voicemails for ***** to call back. When I did get a call back, it wasn't from *****, it was from the embryologist that informed me over a voicemail what to do thru the portal, which I did and I have yet to hear anything back. They asked me to send over mine and my husbands full names with pictures of our license. I did that and here it is January 2023 and I have not heard anything back.I have sent messages numerous time thru the portal which now has been changed so I have no access to those messages or any records. I have not heard anything else back other than getting invoices monthly for the balance to be paid. The contact person on the statements is ***** but as stated before she never answers and you have to leave a message.Initial Complaint

REACH has been exceptionally difficult to work with. I left their practice due to clinical staff incorrectly advising me on treatment protocols. But my current complaint revolves around claims. It took them >6 months to begin submitting claims to my insurance company. And when these claims were submitted, they were missing routine information required for payment. Because of this delay and delinquency in filing, I met my deductible with other medical expenses. REACH requires payment upfront for services. Therefore, I paid $1254. Since them, my insurance company has paid for all services - when claims have been filed appropriately, and requested >3 times for each claims to be resubmitted with appropriate information. On 8/11/22 I requested and eventually received a itemized bill. Stating total bill is $7794.On 12/13/22 I spoke with their 3rd party billing system that provided me with a bill in the amount of $9916; with $2122 of required self pay services. These self pay services were not attempted to be billed by insurance. When I entered the contract for care with them, they said cycle management fees would be $160 per cycle. I completed 3 cycles with them, that would be $480 nonbillable services. They are no longer willing to communicate with my insurance company. Despite my attempts to communicate with them via phone calls, emails, and portal messages, they will not respond to me. I would like a refund of $774 and to put all this behind me.
