Be careful, the Lake ****** location charged me full price after I got sick during prep with side effects. I had them stop the procedure less than 3 minutes in. They said patients must pay full price if the machine is turned on regardless of service not performed. This is not in paperwork. I am six months in and still going through disputes. Not worth the headache.

We did everything we could do to make you happy. We informed you that if we stop the treatment in the middle you will still be charged for the treatment. We refunded your money for the treatment that had not been started. All of this is fully disclosed in the documents you signed. Both your credit card and and the ** *** agreed with our position that we did nothing wrong. **************** is our top priority and we wish we could have done more.

My legs are deformed from the treatment I received at Cool Renewal Spa on ******************************* in *********. I went to Cool Renewal for cool sculpting on my outer thighs. I am a fit person, but could never get rid of that small bulge on my outer thighs. After doing my due diligence, I elected to have this procedure done at Cool Renewal Spa. Months after the treatment I am left with a very noticeable indentation in the perfect shape of the paddle used for the procedure. I went back to Cool Renewal. *********, who initially performed the procedure, sent me to a very reputable local plastic surgeon, who informed me he does repair damage done to Cool Renewal patients. When I spoke with ********* and sent over the quote for the repair, she told me they do cover patients who develop increased fat from the procedure, but not the deformity caused by too much fat disappearing, even though both are listed on their disclaimer documents signed pre-procedure. I had very nice leg going into this procedure and now cannot show my legs due to the deformity I now live with from the cool sculpting I received at Cool Renewal Spa. The owner, *********************, initially agreed to meet with me, but has ignored my multiple attempts to reach him. Please do not go to Cool Renewal for your cool sculpting, but a reputable plastic surgeon who also does these procedures.
