I have been working with Charlotte Social 360 for a couple of years on a project related to an Uber clone app. During that time I had to place the project on hold due to my own declining health. But asked to resume the project once I was certain I would be healthy enough to proceed. On 3/20/21 ************** acknowledging receiving my request and stated he was pulling the project out of archives to complete. I was in contact with the developers for a couple of months while they worked to complete the project until I was advised that ************** had asked them to stop production on or around 5/20/21. When I asked what the problem was, the developers told me that ************** would provide me with the details. I have reached out to ************** several times since then. He asked a couple of times for some time before he gave me an update, until he simply stopped responding to my emails altogether. At this point, I don't want things to be difficult. I would prefer to have his team complete the project. If that is not possible, I would accept to have them turn over the source code they have for the project up to this point for me complete. And should all else fail, I would like to be refunded the full $7284.87 for the product I never received.Business response

I have called and emailed *********************** ************* in regards to his software purchase. I will have our team finish his Uber like taxi software configurations, then get his website configured to his website hosting provider, and also get hiss mobile apps uploaded and published and approved in the iOS iTunes Apple and ******************* mobile app stores.
