BBB files indicate that this business has a pattern of
complaints concerning the customer service area. Specifically,
complaints are alleging the company failed to follow up with
consumers after issues were brought to the company's attention related to the move.
On
January 14, 2016, 5 Star Movers was informed of this concern and
invited to discuss the pattern of complaints and determine ways in which
the pattern might be alleviated.
Additionally, the company was
informed that five of the complaints had been closed as "Unanswered" and
was provided with the names of the individuals filing the complaints
was provided as well as the continued opportunity for the business to
provide responses to these complaints.
As of this date, there has
been no response from the company concerning the pattern of complaints
nor responses to the unanswered complaints.
