    Pathetic service! The customer service is non-existent, they claim that they own the fleet but the customer service has no insights to the people who are delivering. They tell you truck number but when you ask for an estimate they refuse and told me on recorded line "that's your problem". It's my problem that I need to book a frieght elevator, it's my problem that I am locked in time limit they gave (4-21 days) and it's my problem that they're not even a tiny bit considerate that I had to be out of town for 1 day (which I have told them multiple times, yet they will not budge and demand extra money if they cannot delive the stuff in 24 hours notice). When I was booking, a representative named ***** called and promised that he'll be point of contact through out, he was *** the moment the initial time to cancel passed and was actively rejecting/ghosting calls and text. Pathetic service, I have few friends who are planning a move but I will actively make sure they don't go with Mazylin relocations

Communication Issues and Representative Availability:We sincerely apologize for the lack of follow-through from our representative, *****. This is not the level of service we strive to provide. We understand how important it is to have consistent communication, especially when it comes to a major event like a move. Your feedback about ******* unavailability will be addressed internally to ensure this doesn't happen in the future.2. Scheduling and Delivery Time Frames:Regarding the delivery timeline, its important to clarify that the delivery window is based on the First Available Delivery Date (FADD), which is the first day you are available to receive your shipment. From that date, our estimated delivery window is 4 to 21 business days, depending on the distance of the move, as detailed in our Terms and Conditions. This delivery period is designed to allow us to consolidate shipments, which helps us offer more affordable rates to our customers. We understand, however, that this can create challenges when trying to coordinate elevators or personal ************ your case FADD was 9/14, we delivered to you on 9/28, in 10 business days. 3. Delivery and Short Notice Concerns:We are sorry that the scheduling issues caused you such inconvenience, particularly with the freight elevator and your availability. While we strive to give as much notice as possible, there are times when the delivery schedule shifts due to factors beyond our control. We understand this can be difficult, and we always aim to work within the constraints of our customers schedules whenever possible. Unfortunately, in cases where delivery must be rescheduled or additional services (such as storage or short-notice delivery) are required, additional charges may apply, which is outlined in our policies.4. Additional Charges and Flexibility:The extra charge for urgent delivery services or changes within a short notice period, such as needing to reschedule delivery within 24 hours, is a standard part of our service when unexpected issues arise. These charges are meant to cover logistical adjustments. We regret that this was not explained in detail at the time of booking, and we understand how frustrating this situation has been for you.
