    I entered into a contract w/Mayzlin on 5/14/24. A price, pickup, and delivery dates were discussed and agreed upon. The pickup team came on 7/8/24 and packed my belongings in the truck. My DISPLEASURE comes in the **** I was told numerous times by ************************************ my belongings would be delivered within 7 days from pick-up date since the delivery was within the 0-1000 mile radius as stated in the contract. These conversations can be substantiated. To date 7/21/24 I still do not have my belongings nor have I been contacted as to when my belongings WILL be delivered. I've made numerous calls to ****************** and have not received a return call. I've called customer service and been told they are "waiting on dispatch." I've paid to date over $6800.00 which is what has been required and have the money to pay for the delivery.........I JUST WANT MY BELONGINGS!!!! delivered intact ASAP. I've checked on weather, it's not an issue.

    DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY FOR YOUR MOVE!!!!! We have had the WORST experience with them and wish we had vetted this company better. Their sales reps who work with you tell you they guarantee your stuff will come on time. Then after you sign everything they let you know they can hold your things up to 30 DAYS before delivery. If you call customer service they are completely unprofessional and rude. And don't bother calling a second time because they just won't answer. Couldn't get a hold of our sales rep via phone or email to inquire about anything. They picked up all our stuff on a Thursday we asked if it could be at our new place the following Thursday and when we arrived at our new home in ******* they told us all of our things were at a warehouse back in ****. It has been an absolute hassle and I regret ever using them. They hide all kinds of things in the fine print of your paperwork. It's a slimy business and everyone I've had to interact with is completely unprofessional and unhelpful.
