On dec 7 2022 I pre ordered a green limited edition **** del Rey vinyl for did you know there is a tunnel under ocean Blvd . I received a email stating the package arrive on march 27,2023. I waited for the whole day and the item never arrived. I spent a total of $39.82 for somthing I BELIVE they never even shipped. *** sent countless emails and phone calls but it seems as if they have blocked my number and email. *** sent emails through a different account and they respond but when they realize its over my missing order they block it as well. I need a full refund and want to warn other people about this website that is scamming people of their hard earned money.Business response

I am rejecting this response because:
The item never arrived. Tracking stated the item was left in a front desk or mail room when I live in a house and there is only a mailbox.
