      I GIVE THIS PLACE NO STARS. I do not appreciate at all how the windshield of the vehicle my wife purchased was handled. At first we didnt notice a tiny small crack in the windshield. After driving off she discovered it and called the dealership back immediately. The vehicle was purchased on May 25th and today is May 31st and there still has been no word on taking care of the windshield. This is not good business at all.

      My wife and I recently decided to purchase a used Honda Odyssey from Scott Clark Honda. We found an Odyssey that we liked and decided to drive to the dealership to look at the vehicle. The van drove well on our test drive, and despite some damages on the front and back bumper of the vehicle, as well as minor cosmetic issues, we decided that we would move forward on the purchase with the guarantee by the salesperson that the damages would be fixed in a timely manner after the sale. The sales and financing experiences were pleasant and quick, and we were satisfied with our purchase, with the expectation that damages would be taken care of promptly within the first few weeks of our purchase.Unfortunately, what initially seemed like a great experience has quickly turned sour. Not only has Scott Clark Honda failed to deliver on their promises, but their post-sale customer service has been shockingly nonexistent. Despite numerous attempts by both my wife and I to contact the salesperson, we have only managed to connect with him one time, where we were promised a timely response back on a ************* for repairs that has still not been confirmed. In addition, we have had further issues with the entertainment center and numerous errors with the passenger side sliding door not fully closing correctly and producing errors on the dashboard.It has become clear to us that Scott Clark Honda prioritizes sales over customer satisfaction. It is annoying to be left hanging after spending a significant amount of money on a large purchase. The lack of communication is not only unprofessional but also disrespectful to customers who expect a certain degree of quality customer service from the *************************************** brand. I urge anyone considering buying from Scott Clark Honda to think twice and consider other options.

      Went for a van for my wheelchair that could take a wheelchair lift that could pick up a 450 lb wheelchair they said the one they sold me would do it they didn't even check to see if it would work it did not when I came back they tried to sell me the one that I really needed but **** up my payments plus ran my credit twice without asking and killed it I went from a 690 to a 5:40 of the stroke of a pen

      Was there just to get maintenance was approached because lease was coming up.. I was exhausted from work kind of delirious.. was told my payments on a car Id be buying would only go up 88 dollars.. when doing paperwork I just wanted out of there.. I signed everything.. when I received invoice in mail.. my payments were 200 more.. went to talk to them and they wouldnt help me.. said I needed to go to my bank and try to refinance.. never again will I deal with them.. I trusted them.. they never even went through the paperwork with me.. took advantage of my tiredness!!

      Beware if trading a car:They really stuck it to me.If i could give 0 stars i would. Iam on disability, get pd.once a month fixed income, well i had a trade in which was a 2022 like new bc i keep my cars in tip top shape floor mats and seat covers on since day 1.i was wanting to trade out for a civiv ex. I had $5,000 equity in my car, well when all said and done, i ended up paying full price for the civic my $5,000 positive equity never even went to the ********** now im $4,000 negative equity in this civic, i will not be able to trade for a very long time, not yo mention only yo make matters worst, i agreed to a extended warranty no explanation by finance mgr. that it would be included in my monthly car payments, bc i had a set budget, only was told i could cancel it at anytime, come to find out it will not make my payments go down. I was financed with honda, bc all other banks would not approve me for that much bc of my debt to income ratio.

      Their salesmen are deceptive. We bought 3 cars in 2 days. Now we are stuck with 1k payments on a 2020 Silverado. Tried trading the vehicle and every single dealership said we were robbed. We even went to Scott Clark ****** and was told whoever sold you that truck robbed you. We got no referral like they said we would. They told us we could get my son's name off of a vehicle he went on the loan for as soon as she got her first paystub which was a boldface a** lie. Then when we brought it up to them they all of a sudden have effing amnesia. I sent an email to the general manager and STILL received NO response. They should pay for the financial damages they are putting people through.

      I took my 2013 Honda Civic to get a service transmission flush and a motor mount, they charged me very high amount for the work almost $500.00, I hand washed the vehicle on Sunday before I took the vehicle to them on a Thursday and there was NO damage to the lower driver side under door, I went to talk to them about the work and price to be done on my vehicle, I notice the a damage and ask them what happened, even my service adviser that never answer my phone calls, said this is fresh you can see it and feel it, the manager was there and said don't worry we got cameras and will be able to see what happened, almost a week later I got a lousy text about them seeing the cameras and not finding that they did any damaged to my vehicle, this was absurd when I know they did the damaged and they are denying it and don't want to be responsible. so, if you go in there make sure you have a lot of money to give away and take photos of your vehicle.
