On March 23, 2020, United Pups Home came to the attention of BBB. At
that time multiple consumers reported that they had purchased a puppy
online. The company charged hundreds of dollars for a puppy to be
shipped to the consumer from another state, however, no puppy was ever
received by the consumer. BBB urges the public to be on guard against
online puppy scams; inspect an animal in person before paying money, and
