I purchased a pre order sneaker that was supposed to be released soon in March 2023. After several months I reached out to customer service and they said I purchased a pre order and the sneakers will be shipped out soon fast forward to Sep. 2023 and after several follow *** by me I keep getting the run around from MLO. The last correspondence was that my shoes will ship in 1 or 2 months. Since when does it take 7 months to receive a sneaker purchase. I have had new windows and doors installed in my home in less time. They also said I cannot get a refund because since my order is in process I have to wait more time to receive the shoes and then ship them back and wait for their return policy. It is not ok to collect immediate payment, and 7 months later force customers to continue waiting. This company has breached the contract. I paid and should have received my purchase in a reasonable amount of time. 7+ months is not reasonable and I want my refundInitial Complaint

I ordered shoes from MLO, a parent company to Ennovative, Inc without reading reviews beforehand. I got an email saying shoes shipped on 11/7/22. Shoes have never shipped. I have sent numerous emails to them with no correspondence back. They do not have a phone number to call them on their website. I have asked for a refund twice, but again no correspondence from them. After experiencing this, I looked up and read reviews. Looks like this is a recurring thing with this company. I think someone should take a look at them since they are continually stealing peoples money.Initial Complaint

I placed an order on 9/1/2022 in the amount of $92.83 for a pair of shoes that my son worked most of the summer to earn the money for. I received confirmation of my order (MLO ******) and received a follow up email on 9/6/2022 letting me know my order was on the way. After approximately two weeks, I reached out to MLO support (9/13/2022) asking about the status of my order, as the tracking number was not showing any updates. I was told to wait patiently and that my order would be arriving shortly. I let another month go by before I reached out again (10/15/2022), this time asking for a refund since it seems clear that the shoes are not on their way. Again, I was told to wait patiently and that they did not issue refunds. So here we are, it is now 11/4/2022 and the tracking number provides no updates as to the shipment status of my order and I am out $100 (actually my son 9 year old son is out this money that he worked so hard for). Now I will have to seek assistance from my bank in disputing this transaction if it is not too late and I will share my story with everyone and anyone who will listen as this is an unacceptable way of doing business. All I want is a refund so my son can buy a pair of shoes for himself like he wanted to over two months ago.Initial Complaint

I purchased two pairs of womens tennis shoes on July 10, 2022, at a price totaling $207.98. After waiting on weeks of back and forth emails, they sent me a return mailing label. I shipped the shoes back to MLO on August 30, 2022. The tracking information shows that the shoes were received by MLO on September 12, 2022. On September 14, 2022, I emailed MLO asking when they would process my refund, and they stated it takes 10 to 15 business days for the warehouse to check the condition of the shoes (they were never worn and in their original packaging that they came in.) on October 10, 2022 I emailed MLO again asking when I should expect my refund. They replied that since the refund would be over $200 that they had to wait for their management team to process the refund. As of today, October 24, 2022, I have received no refund, and no correspondence from them regarding my refund. Please help me get my money back. Thank you!
