  In November of 2022. I ******************************* came into night and day dental in Charlotte NC. the independence branch.. I had my mouth looked at we came up with a dental plan which was to receive a root canal and a crown and at a later date come back for three extractions.. I received the root canal which took almost 6 hours no exaggeration, my fist time ever getting this procedure so didnt know what to be expected. I received a temporary crown same day of procedure, which I still have in my mouth to this day. Was told to pick up my permanent crown at a later date something about my mold had to be sent off which I paid for. Came back for my crown and was told they lost it and would reschedule me when they received it.. fast forward to present I went back to the independence branch this year to finish my plan and have my three extractions done and to ask about my crown I paid for.. under new management what I was told but can help with the extractions which they did ok with but would look into my root canal and my crown I never received. After my extraction I had an X-ray done to look at the root canal they worked on said that my root canal was infected and couldnt be worked on because it was near my nasal passages but they can just remove the tooth..I didnt pay for a root canal and crown I never received just to have the tooth be removed and to pay out of pocket for the same tooth.. If nothing is done I will take legal action

  I went to Night and Day Dental in October 2022. I had broken my tooth, it was emergency case, ************* preformed a root canal on the tooth, then he order a crown, the first month of the crown I had no problems, the second month it was causing several pain, I kept going back he said nothing was wrong. Then Dr. * said there were several issues with the crown, so he build the tooth up, this was in ****** will that crown filled, it kept coming off, I went back he said he would do a bridge that day, I refused because my gums were bleeding and I already had missed several days of work, I develop a month infection, I went to ugent care, I went back to them, ask for the ******* dollars back, since they guarantee the work. Infection came from they left the broken tooth in, when they should had pulled it. I went to Surgery, had surgery which was over ******* dollars, then to a dentist Art of Dentry in Charlotte NC, said that tooth couldn't have root canal done, and you can't do bridge in one day. The The region ****** said she was going refund my money in ****** that has not happened, I went there for my medical records they refuse to give them to me, all this has cause me pain, hurt, and I ask why, I don't have insurance, so I'm ************ from money, to correct the damage they did, when I spoke to the Manger she hung up on me, saying that the work I'm speaking of never occurred and that's a lie, I have excuse that I sent my job, for being absent so much, if my front tooth could not take a root canal why was it done, Night and Day Dental are hurting people, I just want my refund that the region Manger said she was going do and my medical records. This place caters mostly to black and brown community, it's cash cow where they don't know what there doing on a visit I didn't even see medical license for ************** or Dr. *, Dr. * Is the one who did the tooth build, now everyone there is supposedly gone, that's what the Manger said.

  We have made several attempts today to process a refund, but we are unable to reach ******************. It seems to be an issue with the phone number we have on file, which is the same you have on the BBB letter.  An email has been sent to the patient as well.
