      I just had the outside of my home remodeled by ********************* of BWH Services. From our first meeting, I knew that I had chosen the right company for the job. I was asked questions about what I wanted as well as given suggestions and possibilities. Everyone was professional throughout the process. And, the workmanship was outstanding. Spending money and making big changes to my 47 year old home made me nervous. Without exception, I was listened to with respect and patience. I appreciated the frequent communication. I would contract with BWH Services again without hesitation. I could not be happier with the quality of the work on my home. The results exceeded my expectations.

      We found BHW services on the NextDoor app. We needed 4 rooms painted after just buying a new home. *** arrived to measure the rooms extremely quickly after requesting services. He sent out a crew to paint our home all the colors we requested a few days later. It was though he had all free time in the world! He treated us like royalty. After a few days, we were frustrated at how long the crew had been painting our home, we came to find out that his crew did not know how to purchase paint, so the colors we picked skewed from what we picked in store. We had issues with the colors and his crew had to re-paint. The colors and blending were very off, I wouldnt say it was a good job. You could see streaks in the wall. The walls didnt look ideal, there were areas where the colors didnt blendthere were tons of streaks. Came to find out, the ******************************* associate did not blend the paint correctly. I let *** know so he could come let his crew know the issues. They came back to fix, but it still doesnt look great. I eventually gave up with asking what I wanted. We mistakenly asked *** to fix up the holes in our OLD house that we wanted to sell. When we arrived to the house after they finished, there were nails and screws everywhere, all over the floor as well as dust everywhere. Even though they claimed to cleanup, there was a huge mess left. We let *** know that our home was left in worse condition than original and asked if his crew could come clean up. Instead, he got very angry, he took it personally and blew up at us as if we bullied him. Literally, called us bullies.We just wanted our house painted (correctly) and he didnt like that. He very intensely told us he would no longer work for us as his main worker came and cleaned up our house. I would not recommend using this company. *** is very unprofessional and made me very uncomfortable.

      The young woman who wrote this review was a delight to work with for 95% of the process. In reading her points above, areas of improvement are noted and appreciated to help us always improve. We do want to note a few things in her review. First, she called for an appointment, and given that I was at home less than two minutes from her house getting there was very easy. Never have I had or seen a complaint that someone was gotten to too quickly.Next, the paint store used a different color base when we went back to have more paint made for the completion and touch-up of her iniital work. Unfortunately, it was not until we applied the paint from those gallons to the wall did we note the small color variation, and when working with our supplier and the professionals there we had the issue corrected and repainted the affected areas for the client. No charge and no fuss. We did what we could to make the situation right. Not until this review did we learn of other issues that she now claims were present. Moving on to the next job we did for her (kind of a surprise in logic to have us come back if we did such a poor job initially. That job that included painting, wall and ceiling repairs, along with other work (not simply fixing few holes) was done through her husband and all was good until the work was complete and he needed touchups - normal in this world. He spent hours demeaning and insulting me and my folks because we had to do some touchups. He was enraged that there was dust and work-related matters in his house that he had cleaned before we did any work on the house. We took care of the touchups and swept his floors to get up the dust and any trash that might have been left. Note that we had someone on site less that two hours after the first call to have the touchups addressed. Being responsive and concerned about making things right never registered with him or her. He tried to charge us for a full cleaning of the house among other things. We refused as we were hired to paint and repair certain areas of the house in question, not do a deep and full cleaning. Note that not one word was mentioned that the work we did was not good and to their liking. Only the false claim of nails and dust everywhere. The dust was addressed as noted.Once all was taken care of for these good folks, we were informed that an end of a curtain rod (finial) was broken. We took responsibility for that and the replacement was found within 24 hours. Instead of accepting the replacement the reviewer bought a new curtain rod from Restoration Hardware and instead of continuing to argue with these folks we gave them $150 for a broken finial end of the curtain rod. Yet that was not sufficient to appease them.The husband continued with his attacks and even came to the point of threatening violence all over a natural by-product of this type of work, DUST. I relayed to the reviewer that his assaults were too much and we could not do anything more for them. She texted that sometimes her "husband" is over the top and she apologized for his behavior. When it still did not stop I had to let her know that we were going to end our working relationship as the abuse being thrust our way was too much. The use of the word "uncomfortable" here is used with the intent of implying that things that never happened may have. It is an attempt to besmirch the character of the person to whom she refers and is libelous. These young folks have a lot of money that comes from family connections and they do not understand the damage such words and false claims can make to a small business and the families it supports.
