      Highly upset that reputable ******************* is partnered with Pets Best insurance. A fradulent company whom denies insurance claims for a simple xray after ive paid my premiums for months. Progressive should do away with their partnership and go with a legitimate partner whom i can really Bundle and save. The **ray showed a hernia in my babys tummy but they won't pay for the **ray. I have no confidence they will pay to have it fixed like they claim they will and I pay the highest premium for my baby. The worst!

      I think they are a scam. I have 2 cats. I took them both to the vets and submitted claims to Pets Best insurance. 23 days later I haven't heard anything so I call. They tell me one claim is being reviewed but the other claim has not because they just sent for the medical records from the vets. I told them that I put both claims in at the same time so why is it that 23 days later they're just now asking for medical records on one claim when they got the medical records from the other claim apparently as soon as I submitted the claim. I think they're full of c*** and trying not to pay their claims. The last time I submitted a claim with them they said that the veterinarian's office did not send them the information they asked for. I spoke with the veterinarians and they said that they did send that information and that they will send it again. I believe my veterinarian. I believe Pets Best is full of c***

      Worst ins company that take your money I got this ins 2 yrs ago for my dog never use ins in 2yrs dog has been healthy over all.feb2024 he got 2 mass bleeding on his hip and needed surgery he had remove.I submitted the claim took feb to June denied my claim but took dud no payment 1 yr wentup on payment ov$100. I feel scam denied on claims why.

      I just got notice that my monthly premium to cover my cat (who has no health issues) is going from $42.31 per month to $68.59 per month. Thats a 62.1% increase or $315 per year.I will be canceling since that is absurd and this company took three months to pay the only claim I ever had, which was a blood panel two years ago since the vet required it as a new patient in a new state.Absolutely insane. My company offers this same coverage for $22 a month. Ill be switching over. Bye Bye Pets Best! I hope your CEO enjoys their bonus! Have fun with the lay-offs!

      I filed a claim on my dog that was denied claiming it was a pre-existing condition. My vet sent a letter stating it was not a pre-existing condition and was ridiculous to say it was and they still denied stating pre-existing. THIS COMPANY IS A SCAM. I implore everyone that this has happened to in the past to contact your state insurance department and state attorney general office and file a complaint.

      The insurance company is radically different since they sold to Independence insurance company in 2024. At one time they were the best in the pack, even offering niche products like cancer policies. My cat had a $16000 bill end of life and they told me it is 42 plus days to review and pay claim. That is ridiculous. They don't seem solvent.I had to apply for a 401 k loan with interest to make payment on the credit card which is due. If that doesn't come fast enough I will have to take a 401 k withdrawal. They offer no expedite claim. ******** care below average. And their bereavement card was completely generic didn't even mention the pets name.The hospital in *** I might add demanded full payment the same day.So many better companies to deal with. Ten years of big premiums and insolvent. Go with another company for pet insurance.

      After 45 days of submitting our claim pets best still did not make any payments. When I write to them and inquire, I get canned emails about how much they care about customers but their customer service is actually very bad.

      Very unprofessional claims specialists, overturning and ignoring statements by the vet. Long processing times and inflexible processes. Would not recommend

      The claims process is really not as easy as they make it out to be. They don't tell you this on their FAQ page, but their processing times for claims are up to and including 42 days, then another 1-2 days for direct deposit, or 5-7 days for a check (this part they do tell you). They don't give any other information other than "received and in process" after you submit documentation. And don't pay for anything in cash! If you don't have a receipt that shows services rendered and a copy of a check or credit card receipt, forget trying to get reimbursed. Currently waiting on a reimbursement for the euthanasia of my beloved pup and can't wait to be finished with them.

      Not a great company **************** is slim Their turn around to recover your money is up to 42 days I would never recommend this company I would drop them if she didn't have an issue So bummed Sent message for a manager to call me.
