The pharmacy called about my medication that is usually delivered to me, I normally get two types of medications, the representative did not inform me of what was being delivered apart from the two medications that I usually receive. Instead, unbeknownst to me they delivered an extra five types of medication that I do not normally take and the representative did not tell me that this was being done. Four of them were from an old prescription from many months ago that I previously explain to them that I cannot afford and they did not remove from my account instead they delivered and charged me for it along with medication that my doctor never spoke to me about. They never informed me about this and they made an unauthorized transaction for the medication for a large amount of $189.28. They informed that I needed to return the medication which I did and they gave me a credit of $164.63 and I would like the remainder of the balance returned to me as well because that was for medication that was never consulted with me. This is medication that I know nothing about and they are refusing to give me the money back for the rest of medication.Business response

My sincerest apologies for the inconvenience that has been caused. We do our utmost best to accommodate and assist our customers with their medical needs. Each patient is called beforehand and asked if they would like their medications filled. They are asked if they would like all of their medication(s) filled and if the patient gives us the answer to do so then we fill what is current for them. Again we apologize for the confusion and delay and we will gladly refund you the amount of $24.65. Please feel free to reach out to the pharmacy manager if you have any further questions or concerns.
