      My experience with this company merits negative stars! Worst flannel sheets ever, matched by terrible customer service! Buyer beware. No return on opened sheets. So. Much. *******. The "pills" migrated from sheets to comforter and carpet. Company refuses to refund or even offer store credit for extremely disappointed first-time customer.

      Horrible bad business, they don't allow you to return an item, they try to frce you to keep their pillow, I returned refused and they are trying to make me pafor something I don't have. They are a scheme and a scam, they got their pillow back and they are trying to make me pay for it. Buyer,beware, I do not recommend this bad business

      Be weary of Turmerry's prices. I have been tracking their prices regularly for many months waiting to be able to afford a 12" King ***** ******** from them. I have been seeing a trend where, just before they have a sale, they **** up the prices equivalent to what the sale is going to be and the take that percentage off. For example, for the 4th of July sale, they raised the price of said King ******** to $2799 and then said that you get $600 off. Up until this week, the regular, no-sale price of said ******** was $2199. Did you really think no on would notice? I will not be doing business with these folks.

      In my opinion my pillow was not as described. They sent me an email for a review to click here and there is no place to write a review. I believe the reviews available to read are fake.

      Customer is making false statement like our reviews are fake, and that in the customers opinion it is not as described. We advise not to publish reviews just someone trying to reviews like this. The customer can always return for refund if that does not work for them.

      DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY.I bought three supposedly medium Laytex pillows which were OVER $200.00.What I got was astep above packing foam.When I wanted to return them, they only ALLOW ONE RETURN, PLUS YOU HSVE TO OAY FOR YOUR OWN SHIPPING TO RETURN ONLY ONE ITEM.THIS COMPANY IS NOT WHET IT CLAIMS TO BE. SAVE YOUR HARD EARNED MONEY.

      Two years ago I bought a luxury, expensive mattress from a well known company. This particular model was rated as the best for side sleepers with joint issues. It was horribly uncomfortable and caused terrible hip, knee, back and shoulder pains.After buying 2 different types of toppers (latex and memory foam), and receiving a complimentary one from the manufacturer, I took a friend's advice and called Turmerry. **************** was quite friendly and knowledgeable. The gentleman suggested I try a 3" soft mattress topper.I knew Turmerry, like so many other companies, had supply chain issues for most of 2022, and hoped all was resolved. It was! The topper arrived in 2 days, well boxed, thickly wrapped and with good instructions.I slept well that night, and woke up with half the amount of pain as the last 2 years.Within 7 days I was completely pain free.I bought this topper early March, 2023. It's now May 31 and I am still sleeping like a baby.

      Im leaving a review here because the review I left on the Turmerry website, the did not post! That is wrong! You had better be careful before you buy this egg crate mattress topper. It has a SMELL and now I will have to do what I can to take care of this. You would think with natural and organic that this would not be a problem. WRONG! BE CAREFUL! And these are expensive!

      After researching mattress companies for over a year I finally purchased one that was very uncomfortable from another company. I exchanged it for a second one which was equally uncomfortable. I developed a backache and had many pressure point issues particularly shoulders and hip. I stumbled upon the Turmerry company desperately looking for an answer to my uncomfortable mattress. Since I had spent well over $1000.00 I needed a less expensive solution. After reading the reviews on and off their site, I ordered a 3 Latex mattress topper on Thursday and on Sunday it was delivered. It was triple wrapped in heavy plastic and then sealed with packing tape. I carefully cut through each layer, taking care to not cut through the foam. After it was unrolled onto the bed it was a little small and still compressed from the cold. After about 4 hours I was able to carefully straighten and stretch it out to completely cover the mattress and it even extended over the edges somewhat. I reassembled all the bedding and anxiously waited until bedtime. As soon as I climbed into bed, I immediately noticed the difference. I didnt have to fight to turn over and when I woke up after a full 8 hours I was able to get up without having to gradually stand up to endure the back pain. I did not have any interaction with the company personally, but this company is NOT a scam and I have recommended the latex topper to many people. It is a smaller company and may not choose to pay the dues required to belong to the BBB

      My latex foam chair ******* arrived quickly and appeared perfect. Then I went to carefully remove several large stickers from the surface, and over " depth of foam tore off under each sticker. I emailed my complaint days ago and have not received a reply. Terrible customer service.

      I bought a mattress topper and spent a total of $330, including shipping. It was supposed to be delivered August 28, 2022. After not receiving it, I called ***** and was informed the topper was damaged and was not being sent. Attempted to communicate with Turmerry to no avail. I have attempted to request my money back but again, to no avail. Does anybody work at this place???? Seriously? Even SCAMMERS have a trained person to talk to!!!! This company is a scam!! I want my money back!*******************
